Request deletion of my account
This form lets you request the deletion of your Camelo Mobile account and of all the data attached to it. You do not need to be signed in to use it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your sign-in credentials.
- Your briefs, projects and generated content (text, images, voice, video) stored in the app.
- Your preferences, settings and usage history.
- Your support conversations attached to this account.
What is kept, and why
Some data is kept after deletion, solely where the law requires it or to evidence a transaction:
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Anonymised security logs: 12 months maximum.
- Data strictly necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, for the duration of the proceedings.
This data is no longer used to provide you with the service. Access to it is restricted to authorised staff only.
Processing time
Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest from the date we receive it. You will get a confirmation email as soon as the deletion is effective.
Identity verification
To protect your account, the request must be sent from the email address associated with it. Where there is reasonable doubt about the requester's identity, we may ask for additional proof before proceeding with the deletion.
